Booking Terms
- Guests sharing must be from the same family.
- Both the day of arrival and day of departure are charged as full days.
- There is a minimum charge of 3 days stay
- Approximately 25% of the total booking fee will be charged to secure your booking which is non refundable.
- Balance is payable on arrival.
- Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.
- Suite tariff includes: heating, meals from our menu, light grooming, litter, text and photo updates, insurance, and of course… cuddles and playtime.
- A discount of 10% is applied to stays of 30 days or more.
