Our opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday 9.30am – 11:00am and 3.30pm – 5:00pm
- Saturday 9.30am – 11:00am and 3.00pm – 4:00pm
- Sunday : by appointment only
Check in and check out are by appointment only. This is to ensure that you and your cat have our complete attention without distraction. We are closed for check ins and outs on all Bank Holidays
When checking in
please make sure you bring with you the following:
- Up to date vaccination certificates
- Grooming equipment
- A sufficient supply of any medication or prescription diet with clear instructions for administering
- Any favourite toys,cushions,blankets etc.
Please bring your cat in a suitable basket or container
Please make sure any collars are removed before arrival for health and safety reasons
